RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
 
We completely understand that it can be a challenge to find the perfect size online without being able to try it on before purchase, especially with variations in sizing across thousands of brands. If you need a change due to a defect, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order and let us know. We are unable to accept exchanges after this time period due to the nature of the product. We do charge a fee to exchange an item for a different size so make sure to check the size charts or send us a message to get the sizing right!
 
All mugs are made to order, therefore we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased. If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
